The FATE for this is #325524. I don't know what the documentation status is,
I'm not the projectmanager for this.

This is really a feature where the rebuild of the initrd could wait until the
next update, which requires a rebuild of initrd. This does not prevent a user
from booting the system. As the system is already running, he clearly managed
it even with the not-native language.
