??? The problem is of course reproducable because the original reporter
tried to write a BluRay medium with a program that did never support
BluRay media.

The original cdrecord however supports BluRay media since 2007.

Also note:

Because wodim and all other programs from "cdrkit" are unmaintained
by their creators since May 2007, SuSe did finally introduce the
original cdrtools again in summer 2013 after SuSe legal did verify
that there of course never was a license problem (as claimed by the
wodim people). BTW: note that the "cdrkit project" did never publish
a "stable" version - all releases from cdrkit did have more than 100
well documented bugs that were not present in the original software.

Note that soon, there will be a cdrtools-3.01-final release.

Maybe it is a good idea to now remove cdrkit based packets, mention
the facts on a easy to explore place and close cdrkit related bugs?

Thank you!
