+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #864299 +++ The libpoppler-devel package includes poppler-cpp.pc and libpoppler-cpp.so (symlink to libpoppler-cpp.so.*). So libpoppler-devel must require libpoppler-cpp. openSUSE 12.3 and 13.1 are affected also.
