Hi, Mark, Marcus. Sorry for not coming back to this earlier since we are quite
busy with the FIPS certification now.

Looks like by adding those two lines you are initializing twice both sections
and it fails in OBJ_create() when checking the long name from the NID in
OBJ_ln2nid() as its already there.

Mark, do you need these new sections for bsc#1004463 or could these be removed?
