As far as I understood was the previous /usr/lib64/libnvidia-tls.so.390.157 of G04 driver already a TLS-library, just built against an older glibc. And with the new glibc the newer/usr/lib64/tls/libnvidia-tls.so.390.157 of G04 driver was no longer loaded. Therefore move the newer lib to the non-tls directory.
