But this bug happens on the Tumbleweed, if you tried on other edition or not
the latest release of Tumbleweed, it is not relevent with this bug.
I think just install plymouth from
http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/x86_64/ is okay. and I
installed 
plymouth, plymouth-scripts, plymouth-plugin-label, plymouth-plugin-label-ft,
plymouth-theme-bgrt, plymouth-branding-openSUSE, plymouth-plugin-two-step,
plymouth-theme-spinner, libply-splash-graphics4, libply-splash-core4, libply4,
libply-boot-client4.
