## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.4-DVD-x86_64-upgrade_Leap_15.2_gnome@64bit
fails in
[disable_grub_timeout](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/2301200/modules/disable_grub_timeout/steps/37)

Upgrading from Leap 15.x to Leap 15.4 this new issue has occurred, it happens
on all 15.x -> 15.4 update tests, it seem to be caused by openqa new added a
RNG device: '-object rng-random,filename=/dev/urandom,id=rng0 -device
virtio-rng-pci,rng=rng0' when initialing qemu environment.

There is a similar bugreport
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1198197, indeed we do have the
same error message in the serial output from zypper dup test[1], I did rebuild
perl-Bootloader-0.938 in Leap for verification, however the issue is still
there[1] although the error message from grub2/install disappeared.
