I confirm it as well. Just upgraded a server running 13.2 to Tumbleweed, lost
NFS.

As a work-around, go to the firewall settings in YaST, select your network zone
(e.g. internal), open the advanced dialogue, and manually add the text "111
2049" to both the TCP and UDP fields.

This bug needs to be fixed rather urgently!
