Using osc to build a package locally shows that the following url is used Using the osc -d option the following url is shown GET https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Leap:/15.2:/Update/standard/x86_64/libpcre1-8.45-lp152.7.6.1.x86_64.rpm which returns SSL Error: (104, 'Connection reset by peer') Entering that url in a browser shows that it is redirected to https://fastmirror.pp.ua/opensuse/update/leap/15.2/oss/x86_64/libpcre1-8.45-lp152.7.6.1.x86_64.rpm which returnes: Fehler: Gesicherte Verbindung fehlgeschlagen Beim Verbinden mit fastmirror.pp.ua trat ein Fehler auf. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Please fix.
