Well, I don't know how this error appeared to the first reporter... but I'm getting it right now while using Leap 15.4. Just upgraded from Leap 15.3. Now, neither GDM, nor LightDM (I tried as an alternative), are showing. I need to log in to tty1 and run: $ startx To get a functional GNOME desktop.
