Recently, Pointer Authentication and Branch Target Identification (PAC/BTI)
have been enabled in Factory:ARM.
Now, in openQA when qemu is run with PAC/BTI enabled, we have %post failures in
zypper.

Some occurrences:
* https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1489881/file/kiwi_templates-journal.log
* https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1489881/file/salt-journal.log

The failure is always in scriptlet %post which calls ldconfig, such as:
  Nov 30 23:01:06.242415 ip-10-0-2-15 [RPM][4546]: scriptlet
%post(libbrotlienc1-1.0.9-1.2.aarch64) failure: 2
