Now when the subvolumes list is not defined, the default one is used. We have
added an extra element (create_subvolumes) which allows to explicitly disable
subvolumes creation (when set to "false").

Moreover, we have fixed the subvolumes_prefix tag behavior (see bug 1090095 for
further details).
