Entering the URL http://hanzidb.org/character/��� Firefox returns status-code
403. In fact, not only Firefox but also Chromium, epiphany, falkon, konqueror,
midori, opera, vivaldi fail to read this URL. On the other hand curl and Perl
LWP::UserAgent can access this URL, resulting in a perfectly normal
HTML-document.
I do not know exactly since when this error occurs, but it is somewhere about
the tine firefox was upgraded to version 68.1
