/etc/permission* has been moved to /usr/share/permissions/permission* at some point, but the file /etc/permissions.local still contains references to the old paths. It says: # Please see the file /etc/permissions for general usage hints of the # /etc/permissions* files. I believe this should be adjusted in the installation images.
