Darn, turns out we messed up the unbundling of pandoc in RStudio. I will fix
this with the update of RStudio to 1.3.959, but it might take a while before it
reaches the official Tumbleweed repository (the last update is still stuck in
the legal review queue: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/799122).
