With openSUSE Leap 15.0 GM kernel, nouveau driver may hang up at
reboot/shutdown or via the runtime power management.  The bug shall be fixed in
the maintenance update kernel, but it may happen during the installation or the
first boot.

In that case, as a temporary workaround, boot with nouveau.modeset=1 option.
Once after the update kernel including the fix is installed, remove the option
again.
