The YaST printer and scanner modules don't receive much attention these days.
It has been a loong time since anyone was payed to maintain them, and
volunteers are rare, too. We already discussed retiring them entirely, but they
still seem to be somewhat useful to some people.

Adding Johannes who knows more about this, but he will probably tell you the
same thing.

If your printing and scanning issues are solved, please close the bug.
