So I can report back to:
https://github.com/mltframework/mlt/issues/274 "frei0r plugins prevent mlt from
multiprocessing" that it's these plugins that cause the issue? Can I safely
return the other plugins to the main package? I will create a separate
plugins-opencv package with a warning.
