There is no sound output over HDMI. This includes sound over USB-C devices as well. I am hoping I can help provide information to work out the sound issue. Not sure if it is an openSUSE issue, a Kernel issue, lack of support for the 13th Gen Intel or maybe something else. I am not interested in using any other distro so I would rather just do what I can to help work through the problem.
