In current Leap 15.3 build for aarch64 - when booting from NET-ISO, system hangs at Adding Repositories -> Download documentation - when booting from DVD, when reading list of online repositories (Unable to download list of repositories or no repositories defined) (Yes, there is an online connection ;-)
