When certain storage objects (e.g. MountPoint, Md, Luks) are reused during
installation the values in_etc_fstab, in_etc_crypttab and in_etc_mdadm have to
be set. Otherwise e.g. a reused LUKS container is not added in /etc/crypttab by
libstorage-ng.

Which of the objects need the flag set has to be defined. E.g. a LUKS container
holding the root filesystem clearly needs it but an LUKS container on the USB
installation medium likely not.

For update this should not be needed since the root filesystems already has
those files in /etc.
