Look like similar to Bug ID 1183492 which appears to be the same problem but for the Network install, which is marked resolved/fixed During the DVD installation when the option to install using online repositories is offered, selecting the option fails with Warning Unable to download list of repositories or no repositories defined And, proceeding with the install verifies, only installation packages available are those on the DVD.
