Emmmm....unable find package install xserver-xorg-video-fbdev

And after Create file: /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-fbdev.conf with this ,and
reboot
system stucked at

    Starting Update UTMP about System Runlevel Changes ...
[OK]Started Update UTMP about System Runlevel Changes.

The screen is same black and white strip.
