User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0 Build Identifier: Programs such as QEMU/virt-manager, SMTube (not SMPlayer) and Minitube raise the volume to very high levels, but only when they emit sound for the first time after being opened. I'm not sure what causes this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start one of the programs above 2. Play any sound in one of the programs above Actual Results: System volume is raise from my usual 35% to 60-100% Expected Results: System volume should stay at the value I set and the sounds should play at that volume. I'm using KDE Plasma 5.12
