I'm experiencing random freezes in Plasma 5 in the Leap 42.3 development
release. The freezes take about 3-10 seconds. During this time I'm able to move
the mouse cursor but it's not possible do anything else (move windows, open
menus etc.).

I've attached some files that may help:
- dmesg output
- GPU crash dump from /sys/class/drm/card0/error
- logfile /var/log/Xorg.0.log
- output from modinfo i915
- output from hwinfo
- a video file of this bug (when trying to record another bug) from 0:08s to
0:019s

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
Bug can't be reproduced, the freezes are random.
Actual Results:
Everything freezes, the mouse cursor can still be moved.

Expected Results:
No freezes.

dmesg output after the freeze:

[ 104.808823] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx
stack, including userspace.

against DRI -> DRM/Intel

[ 104.808824] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so
please always attach it.
