@Ferdinando: I'm (mis)using this issue for handling the general startup
failure.
If wee get past this, we decide, how to proceed, okay?

I (hopefully) fixed general startup issue and dependency changes related to
OpenEXP/Half now. The good news is, that we're at current version 2.93.3 now.

Would anyone interested test home:frispete:blender/blender-293, please.

I cannot submit this to factory yet, because some depending libs need to be
committed/submitted beforehand.
