This is something that I've opened a new boo#995782 to track, since this is an
issue that happens completely separately to this bug.

Can you try to do this third reinstall again with the same setup as the first
install? I found in my testing that the failures are on alternating installs
(the 1st, 3rd, 5th, etc installs would boot properly).
