Oh, and lets better assign this to the component "Translations", I'd say.

This never was a bug in the "KDE4 Workspace".

The problem was/is that the translations got removed from all of KDE's .desktop
files for the 13.2 release, but those translations were not provided anywhere
else.

The KDE updates were not stripped, so the translations are now available.

Something like that should better not happen again for the next release.
