From change log: PackageKit-backend-zypp Mo 07 Jan 2019 13:00:00 CET sckang@suse.com - Add PackageKit-systemd-timers.patch: Migrate from cron to systemd timer (bsc#1115410). When activating packagekit-background.timer a missing unit file is reported: packagekit-background.timer: Refusing to start, unit to trigger not loaded. Error is caused by missing package-background.service
