The patch creates a conflict with patch 3312 (libzypp update) since this patch
requires an older version than what 3312 will update.

 Solution 1: downgrade of PackageKit-backend-zypp-1.0.3-7.1.x86_64 to
PackageKit-backend-zypp-1.0.0-6.1.x86_64
 Solution 2: do not install patch:3312-1.noarch
 Solution 3: break PackageKit-backend-zypp-1.0.3-7.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of
its dependencies
