Both laptops have the same dd image from an WD Black 500GB NVME - this is also
on 4 other Dell Latitude 7490's - 2 also have the panic and 2 do not.

All have the same touch pad, keyboard, FHD display, bios flashed to 1.30.0, new
battery and 32gb of ram (all same gskill 2400 16gb modules).

I have swapped parts from llra and llrb to remove the display, battery, ram and
NVME as the source. It stays with the motherboard/keyboard. I even swapped
power supplies.

I plan to work with another developer that is going to help me try to get a
dump of the crash.
