So I read the upstream thread, not very encouraging. They could at last write a
summary that is between "bugfixes" and a full changelog. You know... a release
announcement.

Anyway I wrote some generic patchinfo and pushed it to openqa.

Just to note that the tar_scm source service support generating changes via the
changesgenerate parameter, maybe worth looking at.
