Set SVG_CONVERTER_DIR to the path of either the inkscape or rsvg-convert
executable.
So either or. The way you want it.
Other distributions also use inkscape.
(among others Fedora, Mageia, Openmandriva...)
And talking about Forg in this context is a bit strange.
You can always make changes in your homerepo as you like. No one is stopping
you from doing so.
