Snapshot 0623 had python-requests reverted to 2.9.1 already.
Sadly, the factory bot re-submitted 2.10.0 which was missed by me and entered
TW again in snapshot 0701. Corrected again since snapshot 0707.

I'd say from a 'immediate action' for the dist, this is done - but now it's up
to the docker team to make this also work with 2.10.0... holding up forever
won't be an option.

Assining to Flavio (docker-compose bugowner) to get docker-compose fixed to go
with the time

(cleaning needinfos - the remaining ones did not care to participate in the
discussion and there is no pending question on them)
