Since the last update, about 2 weeks ago, the Audiostream in Firefox always moves back to 100% after a web page stopped playing. This is very loud! This doesn't happen with audacity, cmus player or lmms. pavucontrol displays the Audiostream as CubebUtils. See the attached screenshot.
