That would be a weird categorization. ;-)

Over the years, both "System" and "Miscellaneous" have become a kind of
"catch-all" for stuff that doesn't clearly belong anywhere else. The
distinction between them is somewhat arbitrary.

I agree that this could use some cleaning up, but if we start inconvceniencing
our users with that, there should be a clear strategy behind it, not another
arbitrary distinction.

Moving to yast-community; maybe somebody has a good idea.
