Screenshot of LO calc
Since using version 6.2.0.3 an entered time value of 08:30:00 get rounded to
08:29:59 when using format 876613:37:45 to display the time format.
Fault was introduced with updates in the last days - not known what exact
release.
Right now using current tumbleweed release 20190219.
I can not remember, that this fault happened before - I am long time using the
affected calc-sheet with that formatting a couple of years. Looks weird.
