A bug is shown after initiated a system reboot, when the Raspberry pi 3B using uBoot to boot up the system with an external USB HDD, it tends to interrupt the Grub2 EFI booting process, with the HDD drive being repetitively read and whole booting process stuck there. This can be temporarily bypassed by cut the power supply of the raspberry pi and make a 'cold start' then everything works normally. Usual ACPI restart cannot be achieved. The HDD is a UASP 3.5inch HDD with an external power supply.
