Since 4.11 kernel, the two-finger scroll doesn't work any longer on the right half area of the Dell E7270 touchpad. It's a regression. The culprit is the kernel code that reads the MT_X value as doubled. The fix patch was submitted to linux-input ML: https://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-input/msg52352.html
