12.1 Upgrading the System https://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/leap/startup/html/book.opensuse.startup/cha.update.osuse.html#sec.update.suselinux mentions release notes only for the offline migration and only describes that one could "read the release notes during installation". The wiki https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:System_upgrade#Release_Notes is mentioning and linking the release notes accordingly. The release notes should IMHO be mentioned. At best less duplication with the wiki page is done.
