Screenshot of the 'add' dialogue box
The world clock GNOME applet (clicking the centre of the title bar) is unable
to add new world clocks in a GNOME session for a user. Only a Superuser can
add locations to his shell (not to the user's shell).
User experience: Clicking the "+" button pops up the small dialogue where the
new location is to be entered. The typed name does not cause a list of
locations to appear, so the 'Add' button never becomes active (see screenshot).
Entering a location should be parsed and suggestions should appear (this is
what happens when triggered by 'gnomesu gnome-clocks').
