To generate the calibrate.conf, kdump needs to be built with "with_calibrate"
defined. Then it build-requires qemu and some other packages that are not
needed for normal builds. 

At the time I tried the OBS showed the build blocked because the qemu package
was not ready. I did not want to delay the urgent update any further so I
copied the calibration values from SLE and will re-build later (now qemu is
ready but it's now failing for some other reason, I need to have a look at it).
