It would also be possible to adjust the new ffmpeg 4 package to not install
binaries or to rename the package containing the binaries. However, looking at
the sle channel data the actual "ffmpeg" binary package is not on SLE, ie only
the libs are there. Means SLE may be fine with and update that adjusts the
ffmpeg package to not actually produce the package with the binaries anymore.

Yes we do want to stay in sync with SLE.

I suppose this won't be the last time chromium needs an ffmpeg update, so the
solution should probably keep that in mind.
