Today I've been able to play with (new certs + renew forced)

There's no more needs to use --manual (don't even think it exist, as --help
don't mention it).

I've been able to work with apache plugin and the more reliable workroot option

I found that certbot is nitpicky on the option to pass, and also in that term a
bit deficient in terms of help and explanation.

I guess we can close this.
