On my Tumbleweed installation, I've been running into two dependency issues with Cinnamon. Cinnamon seems to rely on system-config-printer, but this tool is not installed as a dependency. This can result in unprofessional looking error messages when printing. After I installed GParted, I was not able to run it. After adding some GTK* packages, it works now. Because I used wildcards, I can not tell you which package was missing.
