Output from running lsinitrd
Thank you for your help and patience. I reran the whole process for 3.14 and it
still would not boot.
I booted to 3.16 and ran lsinitrd and there was no reference to ext2, ext3 or
ext4.
I have attached the output and an extract from linux/.boot.
I am not sure where to gom from here.
