+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1128853 +++ According to the comments from Thorsten (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1128853#c5) it is well known and documented that yast does not work in transactional mode. So we should have a paragraph in the release notes on Leap side too to state that.
