Comment # 26 on bug 968877 from
The missing packages are now available in the update repository, the issue is
resolved now.

The cause for this issue was that two update incidents were built in parallel,
one libqt5 security update and another recommended KDE Frameworks update
depending on it. This is not normal practice but was chosen in this case to
achieve proper separation between security and non-security updates.

This set of updates was tested internally together without issues, and it was
known that they depend on each other. However contrary to plan the KDE
Frameworks update was released first, and due to lack of explicit version
dependency was also installable, resulting in the observed breakage of the
binaries.

In addition, the release of the missing libqt5 updates was slightly delayed due
to a build service problem which was quickly resolved.

Our apologies to the affected users and thanks to those verifying the
corrections.

Users finding themselves still in need of the update please do the following:
* Press CTRL-ALT-F2
* log in as root
* run "zypper patch"
* reboot (or rcxdm restart)
