I observe this error message when clicking on the button "Andere
Einstellungen..." in the Yast2 Date/time settings (see attached screenshot):

It is a fresh install. My machine is dual boot with Win10, and I tried to track
the problem why Win10 is two hours in the future now (probably a UTC problem).

Attached is also the "save_y2logs" output.
