Improve refresh-cache of zypp backend
I wrote a patch improving zypp_refresh_cache function of zypp backend with the
help of the above demo codes. Could anyone help review this patch?
With this patch "pkcon get-updates" returns correct result after enabling or
disabling all repos using zypper.
